Our Samata Coordinator - Saraswati

Our Samata Coordinator MP, Saraswati are preparing the handcraft soap. She have very well soap making experience and had trained by IRTC, in Kerala. She is our very important recourse person of soap making and others women work, too. This photo is that she shows how to use the kerala soap-making kits in Bhopal office.

Let us make our own soap

Today, when giant companies are selling their soaps, through aggressive campaign in remote rural areas, we are having an example of Kerala also, where women of SHG’s are making their own soaps and trying to face the challenges of globalization.

Getting inspired with it, MPBGVS has also started making soaps. This effort will be definitely help to make the members of SHGs, self dependent. Wanching Chen, an activist from Taiwan, who is working with MPBGVS at present, with the help of Saraswati of “Samata” is trying hard to make this effort successful.
